Not the exciting year we hoped for so far, but everyone gets busy I suppose... anyway I figure we still have 3 months left to get some stuff done so might as well make the best of it!

We're working on MR once again, probably adding another race of playable character very soon. As far as the website, the flash timebar should be fixed soon and I've learned a few tricks to making a better music player that doesn't take forever to load!

Thats the scoop for now, I'll keep everyone posted.

Hello braahs and braahettes! Just letting everyone know we're still alive...

No work on the website recently, but lots of work behind the scenes. Mystic Rune has lots of new commands and the starting city is pretty much finished. Everything else, go to the MR page to find out :)

I've been doing some web design work getting the ⌐SS¬ name out there a bit, so the revamp is on the back burner once again but you never know when I'll get motivated and change stuff. Thats pretty much it for now, ciao everyone.

Alright Sinque Studios has hopefully gone through the last move for a while, but its up and stable. Mystic Rune is back up as well. The downtime was only about 6 hours this time I believe which I don't think is bad. Anyways I don't think there is any new info about the website to report.

Its been a pretty long time once again! Basically, nothing is happening with the site layout for right now, just some work on Mystic Rune. Hopefully this new year will be more exciting than last year turned out to be, we can all hope, right?

So far we've done more work on the game than all of last year I think, so at least we're off to a good start! Anyhow, as always, I'll keep everyone posted on changes to the website here, and you can always read about new updates to the game in the Mystic Rune main page in the iframe news there.

On a side note, Netscape is finally going to be no more. Ha! All these years I've forseen this and tested only in IE and Opera. Looks like I ended up being correct about Netscape's fate. Oh well, such as life.

Well here we are again, after yet another long hiatus from development. I've recently added a flash header onto the main page as you can tell, and I'll try and get that "splash page goodie" that I talked about a long time ago up and working. I've also created a rough version of the official sinque logo, which I'll be incorporating sometime... somewhere... hopefully soon.

I've also registered a sister site for this one, sinquestudio.tk that I'll be using in the case of extended server downtime, due to maintenance or relocation... also the forums are still screwed up from upgrading windows server 2003, and we're still working on that... months later *sigh*

Hey everyone, I know it's been a long time but we're working hard on getting the site a refreshed look! I'm working on getting all the meta up right now, and putting up a little goodie for the splash page.

I don't know when I'm going to have time to work more on the flash player, probably not anytime soon though. However, we should get some new tunes up for download around the same time the site revamp is finished!

The Php has been giving me a kick in the ass ill hopefully get it up soon so that the forums can get back up my game is in the reworks ill be bringing it up soon with a whole bunch of updates and masterz is trying to launch his web design layouts that he is planning on selling under the sinque studio lable I invite you guys to go check them out and look into purchasing them if you feel the need to have them.

As you've probably noticed we've been working on the images section of the site recently. We have some more new shoots in the works for this year already, as well as some new Mystic Rune updates coming soon!

Also I updated the copyright for this new year and fixed some typos, just a cosmetic fix day today.

Version 1.0 of my flash player is up. I didn't have much time to work on it since I have to wake up early tomorrow, but I wanted to at least have something uploaded.

The player is as simple as it can possibly be without not working at all. I'll work on adding to its functionality in time, with each version. It is named the "Malevolent Player" and plays two tracks from my solo project "Malevolent" thus its name...

Oh, and it also loads really slow because instead of uploading the audio to the server then figuring out how to make Flash access it, I embedded the tracks right into the Flash player itself. Eventually when I have more time to fool around with it, I'll make a faster, more efficient player with a progress slider and possibly a display window with a dropdown track listing/artist listing.

Okay finals are done, I'm still alive, and the flash menus are *finally* fixed as of now. I didn't update all the picture pages since we'll be changing them eventually.

I'll have more time to work on the site and games in the coming weeks, and I might build a custom flash music player for the music page. Just an idea I was toying with now that I'm better with flash... we'll see how motivated I am about it...

I'll also be either posting in the game forums or updating the Mystic Rune game info page as I work on some of the skillset moves and descriptions and how they'll be implemented for the time being. Yeah yeah maces first :P

Server downtime...I apologize for the recent server downtime but I had a serious crash im hoping that it won't happen again soon but I can't be sure right now...the software is running really flaky so just hang in there and i'll cross my fingers for all of you.

After a long three weeks of kicking the server I think i have finally worked out all the bugs and it seems to be running smoothly for now...for any of you who care the ftp server and the pop3 server is back online so you can resume getting you e-mail and ftping in the the site just like before...sorry for the downtime windows server 2003 was giving me a headache. I'll keep all of you up to date on the upcoming game i've just been really busy with work and school (occasional bing drinking) anyways before i start to ramble on I hope you guys will enjoy some of the new content here to come in the near future.

I posted some bug data in the forum, if anyone finds something wrong other than whats listed there, please let me know.

The menu bar just wasn't good enough so I made another one, I think the home page will be the testing area for any new menu bars I'm trying out for now. So, if you notice a different menu bar on the homepage than what is on the rest of the site, don't worry.

Uh, lessee, what else... oh, the forum link from the menu bar should be working now, no more "under construction." Also, for anyone using Opera: I'm testing the site in Opera 8.54 and IE 6... so far in IE the page works better. Opera seems to have trouble displaying the iframe correctly, no surprise (since its a mickeysoft creation). Also, Opera won't load the movies page on my machine, probably something I tailored to IE accidentally. For you netscape users if you're having trouble... too bad :p

Wow after two really long days I think I finally have everything running fairly smooth including "Drum roll ~Z~"...just kidding, but a temp forums is up and running you can access it from here, please enjoy this forum it'll have all sorts of stuff up soon, also check out the games page where ill be putting up the two text games im hosting they are very basic but will give you something to mess with till i get bigger and better things up and running.

Alright folks after a really long half day and a complete night sinque studios has been moved over to the permenate server where it will stay for the rest of its running life...and as for the forums rumor it is true ill attempt to have it up very soon and you all can start posting ideas you have for games music movies... or check for upcoming stuff also if you feel the urge to e-mail us support@sinquestudio.com is where to send the e-mail for now... Enjoy the new server is should run far smoother than the old one and will allow me to put the size of games im designing up there.

Allright everybody, sit tight... I'm making a new menu bar in flash... although it is doing some wierd reload page loop at the moment, I'm sure I'll eventually figure it out.

I might as well leak the next project, since when the menu bar works it will be obvious, that we are in the works of putting up a forum. Hopefully everything goes smoothly, but with the track record of this site being a complete pain in the ass to get totally working, I doubt it... hehe oh well, to quote part of a line from Dom... "gotta take a big breath and relax, and just push it on out."

The entire site is now actually working, not quite to my satisfaction, but that is for another battle. The due date for the project is today and the site is at least presentable.

I've asked at least 6 other coders in a web forum if they have the answer to my Iframe demons, none have been able to offer anything other than what I've already tried. Maybe it is just impossible.

Anyway, hope to have the site hosted again sometime soon... Since this school server errors every time I try and open the index. Maybe it hates Iframes? hehe... so, working on that for now, as perfecting the site will probably always be a WIP.

The new banner is done. I think it looks pretty good, actually.

The Iframe scrollbar stuff still doesn't work, it drives me nuts to have that stupid default scroll bar, and I've tried just about every piece of code I've come across to "fix" it. No dice.

Trying to get all the pages to display correctly on this server, I keep triggering some errors... I'll keep the progress posted here.

The new page layout is finally being worked on. I'm not sure if Dom is going to be working on the website anymore, so I'm taking over the news section, and basically the entire site for a while. I figure, no work has been done on the site in about ten months, so it is time to do something with it. Also, I keep wondering if the last news entry was last year or in 2004... heh

I also have to do a Dreamweaver project so I decided that redesigning Sinque would be the best way to kill two tasks at one time, and get credit for it. Now, thats motivation.

I also felt dumb because I kept trying to get the Iframe scroll bar to change using the index page, where you supposedly have to embed the css inside the news source document. Well, you learn something new all the time. We'll see if it works.
